Raised on multi-generational Ferndale Farms in Minnesota, these whole pasture-raised turkeys are a Thanksgiving classic. “Broad-breasted whites,” these birds have lots of white meat to keep everyone in the family on speaking terms as you start to divvy up the meat at the table.
Ferndale turkeys are raised only as pasture as the weather permits are are rotated weekly to new, greener pastures. Our farmers do no use antibiotics or growth promotants are are fed a custom feed of small grains in addition to vitamins+minerals and natural herbs as well as any bugs and grubs they find on pasture. These birds are handled by 3rd party certified animal welfare facilities as our farmers respect the slaughter process just as much as the raising and animal husbandry process.
