First, we slowly simmer bones & mire poix for 24 hours ensuring we get every last bit of gelation and yummy goodness from the bones. Then we season it making it the perfect replacement for that last cup of coffee or the base for a great soup. We make a rotating offering: Chinese 5-spice heritage chicken bone broth, Chinese 5-spice grassfed beef been broth, or kombu & white soy duck bone broth.
