Between the two of them, Erika Nakamura & Jocelyn Guest have been whole animal butchers for more than 20 years. Erika started Lindy & Grundy in Los Angeles in 2010 where she single-handedly changed the food landscape for the better. Back in New York, she and Jocelyn helmed White Gold Butchers where they received 2 stars from Pete Wells. The pair has an incontrovertible history as both authorities in the meat world and hospitality experts.
