At the J&E General, our number one priority is making you happy and getting you the protein and provisions you want!
If you are not happy with anything, email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org to start a conversation. As with all food service businesses, we cannot accept returns of meat and provisions once it has left our facility but, if the situation merits it, we are always more than happy to issue a store credit or a refund.
To be eligible for a full refund, the meat must be uncooked / uneaten. zOnce it's been cooked, we will not be able to issue a refund but will happily issue a store refund or send a replacement item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to reach out to us so we can send a replacement item to you within 24 hours.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Delivery & membership fees are non-refundable.
